  • How do I know what program is best for my dog?
Each of our programs, from the 2-week to the 12-week, are uniquely tailored to each dog and their family's needs. We reccomend you contact us and let us know what your goals are for your pup as well as any behavioral problems they have, then we can make a program reccomendation. You can also review the quick comparison table seen below to get an idea of what program may be best suited for you and your dog.
  • Where will my dog be staying during their board & train program?
All dogs stay in-home with the lead trainer, Angel. They are kept indoors in a temperature-controlled enviroment that is monitored 24/7. We also have puppy calming music or white noise and lavendar aromatherapy to help keep them relaxed. We do our very best to make it like a home away from home for them, and the pups love it!
  • Do I need to send any supplies with my dog when they start their board & train program?
We require that dogs come with their food for the duration of the program. We reccomend you provide a bit more than what they usually eat just to be safe, and we will return any leftover food. This is the only thing your pup will need with them, as we would not want to change their food and possibly upset their stomach. Other than that, we have you covered!
  • Will I be getting updates on my dog's progress?
Families recieve regular updates on their pup's progress in the form of messages, pictures, and/or videos. These may be focused on their general progress, challanges they are facing with certain commands, training tips, them on a walk/ park/ on a field trip, or them just playing and having fun. We understand that being away from your pup can be tough, so we are always available to update you on how they are doing!
  • Will my dog remember me when they return home?
This is a very common concern among dog families, and the answer is always YES. You have likely bonded with your dog for quite sometime, and while they will see us as their friends, you will always be their family. Based on scientific evidence, dogs have the ability to store visual, olfactory, and auditory experiences indefinitely in their brains. Dogs may not be able to remember a specific event, but your pup will associate any gesture, movement, voice, and smell with you and your family.
  • How will I know the commands you teach my dog?
Knowing the commands your dog learns will be key in their long-term success. We will provide training tips through our updates throughout your pup's stay. We will also provide a tip sheet that includes all of their commands in detail with explanations and other helpful information. Lastly, all Board and Train programs include at least 1 1-hour lesson between you and a trainer during which you will learn the commands and get hands-on practice executing them with your pup. We want you to feel confident when working with your dog, so you can continue to practice with them and so they can continue to get better and better!
